Our practice is located in Utah County, in American Fork near the hospital, but we serve all the surrounding areas including Draper, Utah. Many clients prefer telehealth appointments so our therapists are trained for that platform as well as in-person sessions. Both options are available. We offer daytime and evening appointments to accomodate work and family schedules.

Our therapists generally use Emotionally Focused Therapy, aslo known as EFT, in their therapy sessions. Sometimes other treatment models may be used depending on your individual situation.
